The warm wood floors and large windows make The Roost an excellent indoor space for gathering, and when the weather is amenable, the grounds and labyrinths are sure to delight. Contact us for availibility and assistance in planning your next memorable event. Basic rental rates are based on the number of people attending your event.
Rates for Groups using Soul of the Prairie
as of July 1, 2008 (subject to change)
- 1-6 participants (including leaders) $15 per hour
- 7-12 participants (including leaders) $20 per hour
- 13-20 participants (including leaders) $25 per hour
These rates include the use of The Roost and the grounds. Beverages (coffee, hot or cold tea, and ice water) are included. Set-up and clean-up time immediately prior to and after an event is not subject to charge.
You are invited to bring in your own food, or request assistance from Soul of the Prairie in catering your event. Dishes and utensils are available for your use.
A $50 non-refundable fee is charged to book a date at Soul of the Prairie.
Groups are expected to return The Roost to the condition it was upon arrival. This includes sweeping the floor, washing any dishes and utensils used, and emptying the garbage. Soul of the Prairie is an alcohol and tobacco-free environment.
