Finding Soul of the Prairie

Soul of the Prairie is located ½ mile east of US Highway 65, two miles south of Hubbard, Iowa on JJ Ave. Hubbard is thirty-five miles northeast of Ames.
 
From any direction, you’ll see the Soul of the Prairie sign at the driveway. Our acreage has large evergreen trees around it, a large white-roofed barn, and a large white house with a bay window. It is the ONLY acreage on the east side of JJ Ave. Please drive onto the acreage and park on the north side of the large barn. We look forward to your visit!
 

   
Directions:
From Interstate 35:
Coming from the south:

Take the Randall (D65 exit) (first exit north of Story City).
Go east (right) fourteen miles on D65 to US Highway 65 (stop sign)
Go north (left) on US Highway 65, and go 1-1/2 miles to 305th St. (a gravel road)
Turn east (right) on 305th St. and go ½ mile to JJ Ave.
Turn north (left) on JJ Ave. and go ½ mile to Soul of the Prairie.
 
Coming from the north:

Take the Highway 175 (Ellsworth, Jewell, Radcliffe) exit east (turn left).
Go east (left) twelve miles on Highway 175 to US Highway 65 (at the only stop sign)
Go South (right) on US 65 about 1-1/2 miles (past the Casey’s store and over a bridge)
On the south side of the bridge, turn east (left) on 280th St. (a blacktop road)
Go east on 280th St. ½ mile to the T intersection with JJ Ave.
Turn south (right) on JJ Ave. and go 2 miles to Soul of the Prairie.    
 
    
 
From Highway 20

Coming from the west: 

Take the Interstate 35 exit.
Go south on Interstate 35 and follow directions above (Coming from the North)
 
Coming from the east: 

Take the Highway 65 exit.
Go south (left) on Highway 65 about six miles to the T intersection where Highway 65 merges with Highway 175.
Go west (right) on Highway 65/175, and follow it to about 1 mile past the intersection with Highway 175 (past the Casey’s store and over a bridge)
On the south side of the bridge, turn east (left) on 280th St. (a blacktop road)
Go east on 280th St. ½ mile to the T intersection with JJ Ave.
Turn south (right) on JJ Ave. and go 2 miles to Soul of the Prairie.
